TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. These conditions apply to all contracts for the Sale of Goods entered into by Handles Online Limited.
2. Orders sent to addresses within the normal delivery area (Mainland UK) will be despatched using our designated carrier. Consignments despatched by any other means will be subject to carriage/post and packaging charges and no liability will be accepted by Handles Online Ltd in cases of non-delivery, loss or damage in transit. Handles Online Limited does not provide, nor offer to provide, losses in transit insurance cover.
3. Prices are those ruling at the date of order. Prices on our website are maintained daily and despite our best efforts, a small number of items may be miss-priced. If an items correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount.
4. Goods Returned due to our error; i.e. .incorrect or damaged goods will be refunded in full without a restocking charge and replacements will be sent at our cost.
